1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and k7777c ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of k7777c is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied in full at all times:

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by k7777c may result in account suspension until documentation is received and approved.

Where k7777c has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and the deposit amount may be returned to the original payment method subject to identity verification of the account holder or their legal guardian.

3 Account Registration & Verification

• When cumulative deposits exceed ৳50,000 within a rolling 30-day period
• When withdrawal amounts exceed ৳25,000 in a single transaction
• At k7777c's discretion during routine account security reviews

KYC documentation required by k7777c may include: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence); proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence); and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in the player's name).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

k7777c processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) exclusively. The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits or international payment methods from players registered as Bangladesh residents. 4.1 — Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: ৳200,000 per transaction (subject to your MFS provider's daily limits)

4.2 — Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been fully satisfied.

4.3 — Anti-Money Laundering

k7777c is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits made to k7777c must originate from funds that belong to the depositing player and have been obtained through legitimate means. k7777c reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction or series of transactions that k7777c deems unusual or potentially suspicious. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

k7777c offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer at the time of its presentation to the player. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall take precedence.

5.1 — General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses must be claimed through the k7777c promotions page or via a specific promotional code where applicable. k7777c cannot retrospectively apply bonuses to transactions that were completed before the bonus was claimed.
• Bonuses are issued as non-withdrawable bonus credit. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your k7777c wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• The standard wagering requirement for k7777c bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified at the time of the offer. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagering before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided and removed from your account.
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10% to 20%). Sports betting wagers contribute at rates specified in the individual promotion terms. k7777c will publish the contribution rates applicable to each promotion clearly at the time of the offer.
• k7777c reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any wagering progress already made by a player in good faith prior to the change taking effect.

5.2 — Bonus Abuse

k7777c monitors bonus usage across the platform to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, systematically completing wagering requirements through matched or minimal-risk bets, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where k7777c identifies behaviour consistent with bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms deliberate abuse.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on k7777c are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market as published within the relevant game or betting interface on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. k7777c cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except in the specific circumstances outlined in the rules of the relevant game or market (for example, the cancellation of a cricket match before play begins).
• k7777c reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. Players will be notified of any such voiding and the original stake will be returned to their k7777c wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and by market. Current limits are displayed within the individual game interface at the time of play. k7777c reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• All electronic games (slots, table games, crash games, Bingo) operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by the respective game developers. k7777c does not modify, interfere with, or influence the output of any RNG-based game.
• Live casino games are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome of the round in progress will be determined by the game provider's system and k7777c's intervention is limited to crediting or debiting the result as reported by the provider.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k7777c platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your account lifecycle.
• Money laundering: Using k7777c to process funds derived from illegal activity or to conceal the source, nature, or ownership of funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or MFS provider for any transaction made to k7777c without first attempting to resolve the dispute through k7777c's official support channels.

• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your k7777c account, whether with or without your consent.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward k7777c support staff or other players through any channel associated with the k7777c platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

k7777c reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's MFS provider
• Confirmed duplicate account activity
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the k7777c Responsible Gaming programme

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, k7777c reserves the right to void all pending withdrawals and bonuses, and to retain any balance where the funds are connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (including self-exclusion requests), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements.
